My Teaching Methods

Attending so many workshops, seminars and meetings during my career in the public sector, I quickly learned that the best presenters were those that incorporated “levity, fun and kindness” into the training sessions. My responsibility as a teacher is to create similar environments where students feel a sense of belonging by working in teamwork-based scenarios. The goal of these activities is to help students understand their own personality types, as well as others, and improve upon their communication techniques – feel more comfortable among fellow peers, to think critically and creatively.
